Rotted cedar siding needed to be replaced. It was quickly apparent that there was extensive rot that went beyond the surface that needed to be addressed.
All rotted wood and sub siding was replaced with wolmanized wood, including cornerposts and base plate.
After this, cedar was primed with oil base and painted with exterior grade paint.
The old door was badly rotted along with the threshold plate.
The threshold plate was repleaced, the door installed, drywall repaired and painted, and the door trimmed out.
