Here a combination of solarium, window, and foundation leaks caused water damage to the surrounding drywall and Marlite planking. Damaged planking and drywall have been removed.
Solarium and window leaks were fixed then fibered gypsum board and new Marlite planking installed.
Mosaic tile was cleaned and reused. Tables and benches were reinstalled so that store could open that morning.
Here is the Finished product. Refinished oak trim and base tile has been installed.
This is what the ouste looked like after the landscaping was pulled back. The water basically poured through the foundation and into the inside walls.
The foundation was patched and coated in water proofer.

Here is a project where the solarium was below ground level and the walls were leaking.
Beneath the marlite the rot was extensive. The result of prolonged water exposure.
Holes have been plugged on the inside wall and then painted with waterproofer.
Outside, a trench was dug down to the foundation and the wall was waterproofed.
Furring, insulation, and fibered gypsum board installed.
